How it Works
Complimentary Coaching Call
We’ll start with a free 45-minute consultation to figure out what you’ve got going on and see if we both feel comfortable working together. We’ll also use this time to decide what the focus will be and what tools we will use during our weekly meetings.
Eight Months of Private Coaching
Once we get started, we'll schedule regular a regular time and day to meet three times a month for 60-minute sessions for eight months (24 sessions total). You'll have the opportunity to choose what you'd like to focus on during these eight months, and I'll provide coaching tools and a curriculum to support you in reaching your goals.
