How it Works
Complimentary Coaching Call
We’ll start with a free 50-minute consultation to figure out what you’ve got going on and see if we both feel comfortable working together. We’ll also use this time to decide what the focus will be and what tools we will use during our weekly meetings.
1-on-1 Weekly Meetings
Once we get started, we’ll meet weekly, for 50-minute one-hour-long sessions, over the course of a minimum of 6 months (24 sessions). We may incorporate additional coaching tools where needed, using skills-based tools in addition to our established work.
