Do you know why you can’t sleep?

I’m trying to read Ada Calhoun’s book this week on my Kindle before my library loan ends, and it’s unavailable, but honestly, I think I’m going to buy this book! If you’re struggling to sleep, feel like things are all wonky and upside down, or that your life has not become what you’d hoped it would be, this is the book for you. It’s funny, pointed, and for me, I felt like someone completely understood what it’s like to be a Gen X woman approaching those middle years.
I’m not excited to talk about all of the things people keep pointing out about what’s to come…saggy this, saggy that, and all the other self-deprecating language around being on the other side of 50. I am looking forward to meeting this new challenge head-on and having an amazing life. Whatever form it takes.
Check out the book…from your library or maybe, support your local bookstore and buy it during this pandemic. It might save your life!
